Jenn has been treating bodies longer than some of her athletes have been alive. With over two decades of experience, she blends deep clinical expertise with real-life practicality. Part physio, part coach, and part movement detective, Jenn’s mission is simple: to help you understand your body like it’s the most important equipment you own.

Clinical Expertise & Approach

Whether you are an elite athlete, a weekend warrior, or an “I just sit at a desk” human, Jenn looks beyond the immediate pain to solve the root cause of your movement issues. Her treatment toolkit includes:

  • Musculoskeletal & Sports Medicine: Deeply honed during her years at Changi General Hospital and the Singapore Sports School.
  • Clinical Pilates: Merging precision, control, and movement literacy for long-term rehabilitation and injury prevention.
  • Sports-Specific Screening: Designing tailored programs to help athletes understand their bodies and maximize performance.

The Journey

Jenn’s physiotherapy journey began in 2001 with a scholarship to Nanyang Polytechnic. Her foundational years were spent rotating through multiple disciplines at Changi General Hospital before finding her true calling in Sports Medicine.

She later served as the resident physiotherapist at the Singapore Sports School, managing youth athletes, national hopefuls, and the occasional teenager trying to hide their pain before competition season. Driven by a love for lifelong learning, she headed to Curtin University in 2011 to complete her Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy.
